That thing you do

I don't know why but I've been really lazy to blog lately. Could be because there really hasn't been much going on lately, mostly just work, chores, and whatever else that I have to do.

Aiii...

But I had a holiday today which was great! And I experimented in the kitchen, made curry! Muahahaha! Not too bad for someone who rarely attempts this sort of dishes! Met up with J and R for dinner and a round of snacking at McDonalds (we're pigs, that's what we are!) and then headed back home. Made plans to go shopping tomorrow at the new shopping mall. I just hope that it'll be less congested than what it was like today although I'm pretty sure that parking's going to be a major headache.

Aiii...

Anyways, I dug out "That Thing You Do" from my stash of DVDs. I've always loved this movie, mostly due to the percussion (I just love drums) and all the songs featured in the movie. I remember I was in junior high when this movie came out and I was really obsessed with it! I had the album, the movie, practically everything that I could land my hands on. And after so many years, I still love this movie. I never get tired of watching it, and it really brings me down memory lane. I remember practicing to the same drum sets as Guy Patterson, and picking up his drumstick twirling habit. Haha, I was such a dork for "That Thing You Do"!

I've finished watching the movie and I'm still bored. Have to sleep in a while, long day ahead tomorrow.

But I don't feel like sleeping yet!!
