The next step

My sis is finally married!! After months and months of agonising over details and preparation and other bits and pieces, the whole thing is finally over. She is now an official Ajumma! She's probably going to kill me for saying that but I am an extremely honest person. She no longer has her single status to hide behind, face the facts sis! But you're still a really pretty ajumma!!

The whole event was.. interesting. It was weird to see my sis all dressed up like that, I honestly couldn't recognise her when I saw her enter the wedding hall. Plus she was WILLINGLY posing for pics, she hates the sight of a camera, she throws hard, heavy things at anyone who dares to stick a camera in her face, so unlike her sel-ca loving sis. But I suppose her bliss was enough to make her forget her pet peeve, and I grabbed the opportunity and snapped all the pics I wanted! If only I didn't look so frumpy next to the bride.. but in my defence, not even Katherine Hepburn can hold a candle next to a bride!! Hah!

We're heading off to Bali day after tomorrow, it's going to be one LONG week. Time for me to take out my sneakers and backpack again! Adventures, here I come!! If I do get my camera in time for the trip, I should be able to take fantastic pics of my holiday! If not, then.. slightly blurry pics will have to suffice. And my trusty old manual camera..

Gosh, I sound like someone from the middle ages..
